Abandoned Vehicles blocking sidewalk access on East side of Miller. Vallejo spends Hundred$ of Thousand$ of Tax Dollar$ to put in handicapped access ramps at all our street corners but yet allow people to park their abandoned vehicles blocking the sidewalks.
