Several of us home owners on Steffan Street share a fence in our backyard with Chevron, McDonalds and Starbucks .Todd Fuller,manager of Chevron has cut down& removed all the plants and trees along the Fence.the trees & the plants that we're Growing there were beautiful ,healthy and maintained by Davey tree service.They also provided shade for our backyards. We asked Todd Fuller why he was destroying all the beautiful plants, he told us that he doesn't want the homeless, the riff raff & drug addicts & the n******, around,his business so he got rid of the trees So they couldn't sleep there & because they were bad for his business that makes him exempt from having to obtain any permits.When we explained to him that when a tree is removed another one needs to be replanted that's the city ordinance he said "make me".we ask the workers if they had a business license and their response was "no speak English".We want Tod Fuller to be responsible for his actions and have to pay double for the permits,as stated in the city ordinance and we want new plants planted at Chevrons expense,also, as stated in the city ordinance.
He must follow the rules like everybody else ,if we let one person break a rule then it gets out of control.because other people will think that if he didn't have to follow the rules ,then they don't have to either.Please take care of this matter, please have the trees re planted and Todd fuller pay the consequences for what he's done.
