There are rats & cockroaches who are smarter & cleaner than the majority of the renters in this neighborhood. Their living conditions are superior as well.

Thank you for reporting! Public Works has one full-time Maintenance worker whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. This person usually makes 2 or more trips to the dump everyday, with each load weighing in around 1,200 pounds. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.

Believe it or not renters do care in that area, and most have garbage service. Would be nice if it was regularly patrolled and maybe had cameras installed.

SOME renters care, but it is pretty obvious that many do not based on the current condition of our neighborhood. We have small 1 bathroom houses with 8-10 people living in them. Not healthy for anybody who lives near these properties. And a big part of the problem. And some of the apartment buildings look like they are condemnable. It's an embarrassment.
