Description

I've reported this in the past. While waiting at the end of Benicia Road to turn right onto SB Columbus Pkwy and no cars in sight in either direction, I waited and waited for the light to turn green, and after about 30+ seconds, I gave up and made the turn while the light was still red. Again, this has happened a time or two in the past since the light was installed.
