Description
Red Dodge SUV license 5RUD481 parked on the street for over 3 weeks; is there someone living in there? The windows are covered with plastic, individual gets out of the vehicle on occasion and sets a moped on the sidewalk. This vehicle is parked in front of a driveway and is blocking the gutter and has caused a back up of water onto roadway. HELP.
