Don't know what happened here but this has been down for over 2 weeks! Let's clean this up and replace please

Hi Wanda - I don't know what happened but for some reason this issue was not flagged as being under the purview of the City of Vallejo, and was therefore not assigned to an employee. I have alerted our Traffic Maintenance Supervisor to this issue. They will Acknowledge this report when a work order is created, and Close it when the work is complete.
