Description
What appears to be abandoned personal, household items, and trash packed within and atop an unlicensed trailer has been dumped on the isolated side of street on 100 block of Newcastle Drive, between Primrose Lane and Windsor Way. The abandoned stuff and trash next to it have been there on the street since 2/4/17 or earlier.
