Description

On the right hand side of carter st just past coughlan, there is an area in the road about 5-7 feet long and about 3-4 feet wide that is a hazard for not only people walking but especially for drivers. The massive dip on the right side forces drivers to the left side of the road into oncoming traffic that isn’t visible due to the hill. The photo I took is one of many.
