Also just looking at the picture this person submitted, can you see at least three things that should be done (two not directly reported and such initiatives should be taken on without say so)...
Aside from the broken fence, I would guess the landscaper did not remove planters or other contractors did not clean up such materials which may cause a safety hazard for people using the walkway, bushes need trimming... not for asthetic reasons alone but safety (the higher the foliage hides areas, the risk of illicit/questionable activities are easier to execute and/or just plain visibility of pedestrians and others who use this path way and for the fire prevention of property), and reduction of water use for maintaining overgrown plants. With already just one picture I just gave enough to do for one or more to come out there, just think what I could give you in my 15 minute photo shoot. Please officially note those items I mentioned in the service ticket issued.
