That would make sense to someone like you and I, but to the city its way over their head and comprehension! I have been saying this all along, city workers, garbage dept, all could just do their job and pick up the debris if they see it instead of people having to report it and go through the bureaucratic BS the city goes through to get something done!

Recology is already partnered with COV to pick up reported dumping, along with the two free pickups of junk or trash every household gets a year.

Where is the trash coming from? Let me guess the majority of the citizens that live here. Let's educate our citizens and school children not to throw trash out into our streets. There are garbage cans everywhere at every gas station, restaurant, and at your own home. It doesn't get simpler than that. While your at the gas station filling up just empty out your cars trash into the garbage cans. Clean up after our yourself. Can't blame the city for everything...
