Drove by there this afternoon. What a dump. Now Walmart Neighborhood Market has homeless people living in their cars. I wonder if the neighboring businesses were to contact City Hall if they would listen? Carl's Jr. is the community bathroom.

Law abiding citizens of Vallejo, keep reporting these lawbreakers as the city will eventually get around to evicting them and cleaning up this town. I really don't see why our rights should be violated at the expense of law breakers. Really not hard to understand.

Homelessness is not an excuse to ignore the law nd impose filth and blight on the rest of us.

It’s also against the law to target, harass and to discriminate against a group of people due to their socioeconomic class but that hasn’t stopped you. So stop hiding behind the law whenever it’s convenient for you.
