Description

A big cardboard box filled with household garbage, empty shipping containers and miscellaneous trash has been dumped in the open area (wetlands) on Catalina Way. This illegal dumping occurred sometime Friday night or early Saturday morning. This big cardboard box contained several pieces of mail that disclosed the following address: 135 Bidwell Way, Vallejo, CA 94589. Please removed this illegally dumped garbage and investigate possible perpetrator.
