This illegally tossed foam mattress is an invitation for more items to be dumped in the open space along Meadows Drive. Now, 2 large industrial grade black plastic bags have been dumped close to where the mattress is located. And, of course, all that is complimented by a tire, which was dumped nearby as well. Yes, it is the locals.
