    White Dodge Stratus been left out on Frisbie St. for a long time.. will get ticketed occasionally, gets moved, but never actually gets driven due to mechanical condition.. license plate number partially blocked by illegal frame, very dirty and has shown no sign of movement in the past 90 days..

    Huge pile of household trash, furniture etc. blocking road and sidewalk, keeps growing daily as folks drive up and toss trash on the pile. Pile currently allows 1 lane travel on the 2 lane road.

    At Cul De Sac near end of Frisbie St.- Recycling Bin, dumped and tossed near fence of cemetery..dumped bin contents all over the street, near end of street much furniture and garbage bags (some smelling of rotten meat ) a flatscreen TV face down, car parts, tires
    bottles, spread all over the end of the street. Broken glass and Used baby diapers causing multiple health hazards to residents of the street and visitors to the cemetery. Requires a big clean-up beyond the scope of the residents..

    This area has multiple dumps...one even moved large concrete blocks to drive onto private property (The cemetery's property) and dump there as well..Ever since the city decided to ignore Frisbie St's abandoned cars and homeless camps, the dumping has become worse and worse.. PLEASE respond to this before someone files a lawsuit.

    Police have been informed of this via their online reporting system for past 4 months, car even has a faded ticket on windshield but hasn't been towed. Early 90s Toyota Camry, CA Lic # 2WDJ860
    last registered in Feb 2018, Car is now being filled with trash and is also being slowly stripped of use-able parts (Rear tires are gone for example)

    Van has been setting at the end of the Frisbie St. cul-de-sac for the past 3 months and has been reported to the police several times, the van has several low tires and has expired registration. A woman appears to be living there depositing trash at the end of the road and was very hostile towards me as I took the photo, And I didn't say a word to her. she used racial language towards me and threatened me with harm. The police report has been filed. but no action appears to have been taken.

    Rear end and other car parts dumped at the end of the Frisbie St Cul-de-sac, these are leaking gear oil all in the dirt/grass..also some boxes dropped off near the same area, the trash is getting much worse with mattresses dropped almost monthly along with other trash..

    Early 2000s black Pontiac Grand Am GT parked at end of street since early April, windows down, stereo gone, no plates, blocking turning for large vehicles and has been intermittently used for shelter by homeless. Nice wheels though and I'm surprised it's not on blocks by now. Already reported to Vallejo PD.

    Homeless encampment at end of Frisbie St. --lots of trash left on the vacant lot immediately at the end of the street, the actual camp is up the hill between Wright St and Frey Pl. There is evidence of children in the camp as well (discarded toys etc.) These folks need to be removed and offered help as fast as possible. The conditions are quite unsafe and unsanitary.

    Acura , so stripped that I can't ID the model was in the driveway of an adjacent apt complex for the past 5 months, has been towed or dragged to the street and left, one door is open, partially blocking the sidewalk, has no plates. ot only an eyesore, but a pedestrian hazard as well, this has been reported to Vallejo PD, but I do want as many eyes on this as possible.
