The homeless people camping across from 5 Spruce st, Have now set up a tent trailer on the street in front of 5 Spruce st. and are living in it or there are a couple of women they might be pimping in it.

Large homeless encampment setting up in the lot at Spruce st and Laurel st. They cut a hole in the fence of the gate to gain access. Trash is starting to build up and sewage is going down the creek to the trailer complex creek.They just got this cleared out and cleaned up like they were getting ready for this years campers
