The pretty bricks that line the sidewalks and crosswalks downtown are coming loose and sometimes popping out where cars and trucks are rolling over them day in and day out. You can hear the bricks rattling around and you can see dust rising as the trucks pass through the intersections. The crosswalk at Marina and Ferry is actually missing a brick. Seems like we need to put some sand or mortar or something to inhibit the movement in order to make our pretty downtown last longer.
