    This possible stolen suv has been abandoned at the entrance to sunridge townhomes for over a year.
    Windows open.Homeless occasionally seen inside .trash all over sidewalk and in our landscaping ( our landscapers have been cleaning it up weekly). Vehicle appears to be leaking fluids/ oils.
    The occasional homeless person has been seen defecating outside of vehicle on private property ( 165 Oddstad dr). Vehicle has attracted different homeless over the last year. It is parked on the street and has tags expired for years.
    The problem with all the stolen cars and abandoned cars on the street is it leaves no parking for the employees of two hospitals on the street, so they take our deeded parking places leaving owners nowhere to park .

    Health hazard with defacating and vehicle leaking fluids.
    The people hanging out at the vehicle have also been coming onto private property and leaving garbage near our locked garbage rooms.

    Over one year.

    Please do something!

    This encampment is growing again.
    Blocking the sidewalk now.
    Over one year since the property owner put up fencing, and the tent and bags and boxes moved out towards street. The woman is mentally ill/ substance abuser and runs in businesses yelling and screaming.this is out of control, farmers market is disrupted by this encampment and the blocked sidewalk is unsafe.
    More belongings today on sidewalk.Next door to China Cafe .

    Homeless encampment that has been across from the Medic Ambulance and the Motorcycle shop for a year now needs to be cleaned out and fenced off to keep them from coming back like other areas of Couch st.

    2 large RV’s and a card have been set on fire there.
    There is a ton of garbage on site and people running in front of cars to go to the liquor store on redwood.

    There was a front loader there the other day, but later we saw no cleanup.

    This is and has been completely out of control for way to long .

    Please let me know what is being done here.

    Large long term homeless encampment on Couch Street.

    Year long.

    Total 2 large RV’s burned to the ground .
    Lots of old vehicles , bicycle “ parts” , junk, garbage , shopping carts, people running back and forth across the street from the liquor store.

    Gets larger everyday.

    Please clean this up .
    This stretch of street will need chain link fencing to keep them out.

    The property owner placed a iron gate across the entry and as of late the tent and belongings live on the sidewalk.
    Please get rid of this .

    This burned down homeless encampment is out of control .
    Now 2 RVs have been burned completely.
    This is near Medic Ambulance.
    There was utility work going on today, perhaps due to the last fire.
    Couch St has long been a dumping ground for stripped and stolen vehicles.
    And homeless .

    Please do something.
    This has been 6 months!

    Please let me know what the City is doing about this.

    Jacked up for wheel removal?
    Interior torn up.
    Hood Jaguar badge missing .

    Been parked for at least a year.
    Never moved .
    Could not photo plate because a homeless RV was parked next to bumper . RV moved ago.
    Car is brown/ bronze. Hard to tell so much dirt.

    Panorama drive I think. No street signs.
    This street also needs a street sign . A dumping place for cars and the homeless.

    Next to homeless habituated 4 door sedan white broken windows filled with trash. Plate hard to read 6 Ed3447 .

    These are near the white 4 door sedan stolen and stripped reported a year ago . By KFC.

    This crashed Infinity 4 door sedan appeared overnight.
    It is parked on the street.
    The driver airbag is deployed.
    The right front quarter panel is crushed/ missing .
    The right front hood is crumpled upwards and backwards towards the windshield.
    The color is a champagne/ Greyish color.
    Year Unk . Tag on front plate is yellow color.

    This boat has been parked on the street for several months.
    No license plate on trailer.
    Has a tarp over it at times , but the homeless from Richardson Park take it off to live in the boat.
    This has encouraged other homeless RV’s to congregate .
