Street Damage, NOT a Pothole Acknowledged13th St & Madigan St Vallejo, CA, 94590, USA - VallejoAfter the water pipe break was repaired and re-covered, about two days later a "lump" of the pavement was "growing" out of the road like a festeringwart. It has been growing steadily since; when the streets swept on Friday the 13th, the driver stopped and took a picture from his smart phone, (because it was quite the difficult area to sweep, I guess!) Wasn't sure to mark this as a "non-pothole" because it is all above ground. The garbage trucks on the 16th of March, drove over this bump and unevenly smashed this bump to the condition in the attached photo. I did contact public works, but this is a bit of an obstacle to avoid for me and everyone in the area.

13th St & Madigan St Vallejo, CA, 94590, USA - VallejoThis leak has been reported in a previous submittal, but there is actual "flow" visible in a photo that I have that I couldn't attache to this page. Gravel is now visibly coming from the flow "origin", and if left may create a "sink hole" of sorts. Have reported this to public works via their phone number(s). (Public Works just NOW showed up!!) Thanks!

This has happened a few times before, and have reported before, but am a little neverous as it might be a sewer draining up through the road and would like to have investigation determine if it is going to be a future problem. Thanks.
