This is vehicle was parked at front of my unit on Kathy Ellen Drive, last 09/19/22. It is Chrysler Sebring Touring, and the color is light silver (pearl). California Plates: 8TRJ915.
It was driven here. Some activity was observed at the beginning and after a while it stopped. Until last night, that looked like somebody was removing parts.
I do not know if it is operational.

Barrier made of Piles of rocks and gravel placed by Public Works to Restrict the access from Admiral Callaghan to Kathy Ellen Dr has been removed.
This was done by 2 people in a small white truck: while one was pushing, the other was accelerating.
Now this spot is being used to come and do a kind of side show.

In regular basis, at the end of spring, we the neighbors across the street, need to request this activity to be performed. We understand that then, the Code Enforcement people contact the owner of the field to have this activity done. This time it was a surprise since the herbicide application activities were performed in the empty field when the grass was not tall, the neighbors were not notified and the application was ridiculously “generous”. They were puddles of herbicide everywhere and it looked like whoever applied it was not trained properly. Goodbye bees! I would like to have the air of this area tested ASAP. The masks that we are using may be good against viruses but not necessarily good against herbicides. Still today, my throat is sore.
