Street sign internal light burned out. Both north bound and south bound signs aren't illuminated.

I reported this before but it was reclassified as a traffic signal issue. I've taken photos at night so it's clear where the problem is. Maybe COV does classify this as a traffic signal but the city responses are always so vague it's hard to know.

Christmas tree dumped several weeks ago as of 2/8/23.

This trashed truck is still here. Jan 3rd came and went with no action. The city says they filed something which required action by Jan 3 I think. So what gives?

Someone has dumped furniture on the street in front of this house again. Could the COV take care of it this time? Last time you ignored the dumping for months and I finally called Recology.

Overflowing COV garbage can 50 feet from the shopping carts and dumped garbage. COV can at least empty their own trash cans.

Just four days ago I personally got Recology to come take the refrigerator which had been dumped here and left for *45 days*. The city never did anything. I had to take care of it myself.

$1000 fine for dumping? Yeah right. COV didn’t do anything for a month and a half. Now there’s freshly dumped garbage at the same place. Do I wait another month and a half to see if this interests anyone at city hall?

This seems to be a favorite place for drivers to do donuts. I see tire marks and regularly hear the screeching. Adding a strip of any sort of device extending north from the median past the crosswalk into the intersection would get in the way of the stupidity while still allowing safe left turns from the southbound direction. Raised transverse rumble strips? Bots dots?
