There are also rotting trees and overgrown brush around the property. All of these represent health and safety concerns for our neighborhood. As required by Section 7.54.030.F of the Vallejo Municipal Code, a property must be maintained free of “used or damaged lumber, junk, trash, debris, automotive parts or tools, salvage materials and abandoned or unused furniture, stoves, sinks, toilets, cabinets or other household fixtures or equipment stored as to be visible at ground level from a public right-of-way or from adjoining properties.”
