Water feature at this park on Mare Island needs to be shut off. The on-off disc on the side is not working. Water is flowing continuously.

This old furniture has been cluttering up the alley for several weeks. The resident didn't bother to take advantage of the dumpsters that COV set up around the neighborhood last month. A missed opportunity. Please remove this stuff.

Dumped mattress and trash on the ground and overflowing garbage can. No trash pick up by Recology in 3 weeks. Looks like they need more grey bins. Alley is becoming a "slum."

Looks like someone removed the concrete lid to this water main shut-off located on the sidewalk in front of 233 Alabama. If someone accidentally steps into the gaping hole there could be an injury - and a lawsuit. Please replace the lid ASAP. Thanks for all your hard work COV to keep our city safe and clean!

Sprinklers running despite heavy rains this week.

This site is a chronic problem- pls contact the negligent landlord at 318 Louisiana street about his property. This photo shows dumping behind the house in Packard Alley b/w Branciforte and Santa Clara. A homeless guy lived in the shed for a while this year b/c the tenant permitted it. Thank you for investigating COV.

Persistent problem! Tenants at this house on 300 block of Louisiana St keep overfilling the grey and blue bins so the overflow - plus other debris like sofa cushions - end up in the alley. Packard Alley - between Santa Clara and Branciforte. Pls contact the owner of this house and resolve the problem once and for all. For all of us who simply want a clean living environment.

Dumped chairs at Butte and Alabama St

This continues to be a problem despite a previous posting earlier this year on SCF from another writer.

Cars pile up and wait for a VERY long time at the red light when traveling both directions on Santa Clara at the 4-way stoplight that intersects with Georgia St traffic. Cars on Santa Clara idle and we drivers get frustrated b/c more often than not there's little or no traffic traveling down Georgia St. Big waste of gasoline and citizen's time to sit there on Santa Clara waiting for the light to turn green.

Please check the timer on the light and recalibrate.

For months there's been an abandoned Hummer in Packard Alley b/w Santa Clara and Branciforte. I believe a wheel is missing so it's not drivable.

There are several other cars parked I the alley - the neighbors illegally park their (working) cars there. It makes driving difficult in that narrow alley. Can you fine or somehow get them to park their cars legally on the street?
