On Nebraska St. Between 1338 and 1330 Nebraska St. the school district painted the red no parking to a white curb for loading and unloading this is obstructing the cross walk and entrance to the school parking lot and also blocking the side walk. I don't think this is a safe situation and should be looked and and a reason why this was done. If vehicles park there it is obstructing the crosswalk and could be a very dangerous situation , we need to make our streets safer. What I see happening is that they will park there and leave the car unintended.

Vehicles parked on sidewalk preventing people to walk on the sidewalk. We walk this area all the time and have to walk in the street to get around this is on a curve which makes it unsafe.This is on Shasta between Nebraska & Ensign street.

Black Toyota pick-up with camper shell parked on the corner of Shasta and Ensien license # 2t6109j has been parked there for the last two weeks right rear axle gone vehicle is sitting on the ground not drivable.

Here's another case of vehicles unlicensed and parked on the 1100 block of Shasta St
has no current license plates front or rear. Bullet hole left rear door 2000 or newer Chevy Impaled. There are numerous other vehicles unlicensed in this general area. I think that if there vehicles were ticked or towed the area would look a whole lot better and raise the property values and possibly get some better people living in the neborhood this seems to be a ongoing problem on this block.

Someone dumped 5 or 6 bags of garage full of used disposable diapers in the Highland School parking lot on the Naberskia street entrance. Very unhealthy if someone opened it. I think it was dumped Saturday afternoon.

1000 block of Shasta ST.

1108 Shasta St. cars lined up parked on street and on front lawn some of the vehicles not currently licensed. Occupants doing auto repair on the driveway and on the front yard lawn areas.

Cars parked in red zone blocking crosswalk or obstructing crosswalk when school is letting in and letting out causing an unsafe condition for pedestrian's crossing the street between the hours of 8:30 and 9:00 am and 1:30 and 2:00pm and 3:30pm. What would be helpful is if Traffic Patrol or parking enforcement can make it available from time to time to be in the area and help the situation, I have approached the people but seem to get a negative response by saying they can do what they want I will try to explain that it is a safety issue and still get the response to just F---- off.
