LMD - Assessment District Archived762 Catalina Circle- Across The Street And Area Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Reporting AGAIN. I have been calling and writing them directly. Our Cabana Isle HOA residents were forced to join the LMD and we pay for this via our Property Tax assessments. In return, what was reasonably well kept and attractive is turning into an unkempt, overgrown mess. Across from 762 the irrigation hasn't worked for months. [Yes, it's been reported] The plants are dying. The trees & bushes are overgrown, with weeds everywhere.
Now out towards the wetlands- still HOA-City LMD responsibility- are more and more the embarrasingly overgrown bushes , and a variety of things that have been ignored so long they are larger than the original bushes that sprouted them.
I get suggestions to call them- but I have and there is NO response. To properly maintain thjis area used to require at least twice a week regular upkeep. Again- it's been months with virtually nothing. I did note they planted in 3 small areas out here but nothing else has been done.

Weeds, shrubbery, and/or trees Archived2069–2081 Broadway St Vallejo 94589, United States - VallejoBroadway between the old Wal-Mart and Mini Dr. has been looking horrible the last few months. Now it looks like someone started weed-eating close to the railroad, but not the roadside. This is a main thoroughfare between American Canyon and Vallejo...maybe this could be made priority?

5190 Mini Drive Vallejo, California - VallejoThe right hand lane should be dedicated to right turns. One car proceeding straight holds up right turning traffic . The center lane is enough for straight crossings. As it is sometimes traffic cannot even get onto Mini because of this hold up.

5180 Sonoma Blvd Vallejo, CA - Vallejo
This is the outside Walmart Building in the old garden section, tents and bikes inside the fenced in area.
The sight of bikes and tents next to the building is very serious. With the cold rainy season just around the corner they could break into and squat inside this building for shelter and warmth, that is if they haven’t already gotten into this structure.
This is a fire waiting to happen. It is also trespassing and property destruction. Since they are homeless, they will likely not be held accountable for anything they happens.
Please send authorities out to check this property inside and out and kick out anyone found there.FYI: I came across this article from last year, I found it very interesting:

Homeless Camp on Meadows Dr ArchivedMeadows Drive Vallejo, California - Vallejo
For about 2.5 weeks there has been a few homeless people camped on the marshland side of Meadows Blvd near the intersection of Meadows and Mokelumne Dr. The trash/garbage around the perimeter that they camp at has also increase because of them. It's starting to make this area look like a dump and a haven for homeless people.
So far I've seen two white or latino males and one black male frequent the area. The white/latino males ride bikes and are the ones that usually bring the trash/junk. The black male seems to be the one that is camped there. The camp is under a tree just off to the side of the road where ground slopes down. There are a lot of children and women that use this area for jogging and bike riding and I feel that this is a safety concern as their intentions are unknown. This is also the first time in 30+ years of living in this neighborhood that I've seen this and it is a very unsightly scene. Please remove this camp, people, and garbage from this area.
