Notified About

  • 100-200 Carolina Street Vallejo California - Vallejo

I just walked the south sidewalk of the 100 & 200 blocks of Carolina Street and counted (on only one side, of only two blocks) seven vehicles with expired or missing license plates. What a sad example of the complete neglect of the rules of civilized society in our city.

In that same area, there are city touts out daily ticketing vehicles for overstaying artificially created and barely justified limited parking zones, while vehicles with no legal right to be on our streets, and no certifiable evidence of their safety on the road, are allowed to drive and park without regard. Are we being governed by a city government enforcing the law, or organized criminals, favoring their cohorts, and enforcing a protection racket on everyone else?

Seems like I posted here a couple of weeks ago about two large commercial-style refrigerators/coolers sitting in the side yard of this house, on the Butte side of the Alabama@Butte intersection. But now that posting doesn't seem to be retrievable on SCF. I'm sure that Susan said thank you, but unfortunately, those two big stainless steel clunkers are still there, and now they have been joined by half a pickup truck.

"Half a pickup truck!" you say? Yup, it's a whole pickup truck with no hood, no motor, no front wheels and no one to move it away.

  • 31 Ohio Street Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Thought you'd missed out on last month's specials, the semi-official, "Welcome to Vallejo - Please Dump Carefully", Westside dumpeteria? Oh no, the large pile of builders' refuse is still there, along with several later additions. You can how busy they've been hauling in fresh garbage from the tire tracks cutting through now thigh high grass and weeds on the site.
  • 400 Trinity St Vallejo, CA 94590, USA - Vallejo
Clearly on public property now. Cannot walk the sidewalk. And just starting to overflow into street. See set of six pictures. Three separate piles of junk. One growing problem.
  • Drug Activity Archived
410 Alabama St Vallejo, California - Vallejo
drug activity/prostitution in alley (Qincy), behind home and sqatters living in garage. Packages/mail being stolen, property in yard being stolen. Garbage being thrown into street and neighbors yards homes. Cars and people driving into alley at all hours (all night light). Fighting, 2 shootings I'm aware of. A neighbor of mine took a photo last week of one of them pooping in my yard. Another neighbors found clothes in his washer on porch that do not belong to his family. Another neighbor found used needles in her yard. We are all feeling unsafe and afraid our homes will be broken into when we leave. It's sad, it's always been a changing neighborhood but until now we felt safe. No body seems to be doing anything!!!
  • 202 Carolina Street Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Do I really even need to identify this RV, as it has been spotted in documented all over town. Now it’s in my neighborhood again. Reporting it here more for documentation as I will be calling 911.
  • All Of Branciforte Street Vallejo, California - Vallejo
MORE THAN a Pothole. I have lived here for over 25 years and, apart from minor patches on utility repairs, no work has ever been performed on this street. There are huge potholes, exposed patches of exposed concrete and, in some places, exposed red tile from the original, 19th century, street. I attached pictures of three blocks from Tennessee to Ohio. The next three blocks, from Ohio to Carolina are just as bad.
