I agree call the police. They might want to keep an eye on this house. Also if you can catch where the plates are from.

The men in question are the (former) occupants of the demo/tax sale house at 1806 Brown Ave. The younger guy is definitely shady. I make sure my windows and doors are closed and locked before I leave my place for ANY amount of time. He malingers under that pine like a cockroach waiting and watching everyone/thing around opportunistically. It stinks to come home to a stagnant environment when we should be able air our homes out with the wonderful late spring breezes.

Hopefully, something gets done about this before the neighborhood gets any worse. Drug dealers abandoned houses, and unsightly properties are rampant

Hammond won't do anything, they only care if you have money

Probably Illinois people and Illinois plates. Thats why nothing gets done. Illinois people can do whatever they want.
