Description

Stormwater curb inlet across sidewalk from SCM (wet pond) is leaking at right side of right hand (facing) sidewall-RCP intersection. Water constantly flowing but NOT from the Stormwater pipe. Please assess, as this is in public RoW but the excess water is filling SCM constantly.
