Sat at a red light for over 5 minutes, forcing cars behind us to go around us in the opposite direction of traffic to make a right onto Riverside Drive. Eventually, we too made a right in order to then turn around just to make our left.

Every time it rained our parking lot floods from the water coming down Jones Street. Today I noticed that this drain opening is completely blocked up with mud/dirt and even concrete. Please send someone to clean out the drains.
