The grass has been dead for almost a year because the city won’t turn on the water and this is on the corner of Shaddow Ridge placing outrigger drive. And across the street on Shaddow Ridge plays the weeds are waste high city property. And then opposite an outrigger drive in back of the brush the weeds are shoulder high but that’s GVRD property but apparently it’s next to the city so they can’t figure out who is responsible this is my third complain about this I went down to City Hall on Sunday took beautiful pictures of the grass out front by the water fountain
