Description

Black Honda HR-V with totaled front end abandoned on Wilson Ave. Looks like crap on our major thoroughfare. No front license plate, back license has a Toyota Vallejo plate surround. In case it has stolen plates, the VIN # is 3CZRU5H58HG709866. Not missing any wheels but major damage to the passenger side wheel.
