This should be an eye opener for the COV. The people in this town are getting frustrated with your incompetence when it comes to this site! This is private property and was dealt with less than 8 months ago i believe. It was cleaned up, and im sure the owner was NOT fined for not keeping up their property. Well here we go again, just as bad if not worse than before, locks broke off gates, gates wide open and filth everywhere! I guess no trespassing and violators will be prosecuted signs mean nothing to law enforcement in this town.
