Duh. They are cooking dinner. Bbqing. Ever heard of it. Mind your own business. Be glad you have a home. They have no where they are allowed to be they have to BE SOME WHERE. they are not by houses or businesses. They aren't bothering anyone. They trash is being taken care of slowly by my husband and I and by public works. We are also bringing out CSS and social services to help them. They have to be able to stay in one spot to get help. You think the city don't know about this geez. We are working with the city to help them. Don't worry yourself about it. !
