Several homeless encampments in the vacant lot between Tennessee street, Humboldt street and the I-80 on/off ramp.

This morning saw a younger white female exit an unknown male's vehicle and proceed into bushes where she is camped.

Based on her behavior and body language between her and the driver it is presumed she was prostituting herself.

I also saw two other individuals who are possibly at a second camp in the same lot. They came out, routed through a nearby dumpster and then headed back into the lot.

Please investigate as soon as possible. Thank you.

Update to the Abandoned vehicle I reported a few weeks ago.

In the last week or so there have been a number of individuals using the abandoned Explorer for unknown activities throughout the night, usually starting around 10 PM and ending around 5 AM.

They can be heard opening and closing the doors and tailgate and the interior of the truck has been rearranged a few times with stuff being dumped in and around it.

The truck is normally left alone during the day. But I have noticed changes made to the inside when looking in the windows.

I'm including a picture of the truck so it can be identified easily. It has been here about 6-7 weeks that I know of and has not moved at all in that time frame.

Please send someone to remove the Explorer as soon as possible, as it is becoming some kind of shelter/meeting point and may become dangerous if left alone much longer.

    Thank you.
