Vallejo's art installations deserve better Vallejo deserves better Please help clean up Vallejo

I watched this Mazda reported in post 7972604 getting towed from in front of the Bay View apartments on Wilson Ave on 6/9/2020 at approximately 9:20 this morning. The tow truck that was towing it was all white white black block numbering: 707-644-???? This belongs to a resident of the Bay View Apartments and has previously been vandalized and rotting there for the past 7 months. In the picture, taken in January 2020 on Wilson Ave, you can see the missing tag “8GUG921”

More garbage dumped in the same spot in the same cul de sac.

Obviously some parties have learned that there aren’t any repercussions for illegally dumping their trash or waste in this exact spot. Over the past year there have been numerous bagged trash drops and at least one television in this cul de sac. Is Vallejo actually cracking down on illegal dumping?

This complex is regularly overrun with trash and weeds. There is often broken glass in the driveway and on the sidewalk ( as there is now) presenting a hazard to anyone walking by.

The person working on this car (CA 8GUG921) has left tow ropes (on left), tools, jacks and trash all around the vehicle.

This is a regular dump spot and someone dropped an old TV here.

Merry Christmas! Someone gave the neighborhood a used water heater a few days early. Just sitting on the side of the road near the intersection with St. Francis

I don’t even know what to say about this. In addition to overgrown weeds and regular illegal dumping on this property, there is now a trailer filled with scrap/junk parked on the front yard.

When River Park closes, Wilson (in front of the demolished welcome center lot) becomes the new RV park. Trash is often left behind, as well as discarded tires and other refuse.

This apartment complex continues to be full of trash.

Garbage bags dumped at all too familiar spot on Wilson.

Trash piles up in front of the Bay View apartments on Wilson Ave. the one dumpster for the apartment complex regularly overflows, spilling garbage bags into the parking lot. The front of the property is regularly covered with trash that is not cleaned up. One can find diapers, liquor bottles, paint cans, gutted speakers, stuffed animals, food waste, dog waste, household trash, clothing, and more.

There’s an overturned couch. In the middle of the street.
