We didn't get any response from you about the complain issue of NO HEAT AND NOT HOT WATER.
Please help us as a matter of emergency.

Mr Farid,
This website is for non-emergency issues.
If you or anyone else is in danger please call 911 immediately.

Albert,
Heatwatch contacted your landlord previously.
If this is still an issue I'm sure she will continue to help you try to get the heat on.
However if this is an emergency issue and people are experiencing health risks because of the cold please call 911 immediately.
Thank You,
Ben Berkowitz

Albert and Farid,
Have you also made a record of this with 311?

Dear Albert and Farid,
I just called your property manager again this morning to tell them you still have no heat or hot water.
Please email me your contact numbers so we can speak directly.

Tony: Don't be an idiot. Ben is right -- if this person needs his "life saved" and this is an "extreme emergency" then shouldn't he be calling 911, the agency in the United States that is charged with rescue and protection? I don't know how it works in England -- maybe you guys just post to Internet websites and hope somebody rescues you. "Dear Website People: I'm on the ground having a pulminary embolism. Please, this is an emergency. Can somebody with medical know-how come rescue me? I figured I have about five minutes to live. This is an extreme emerency."
Get real. This website doesn't exist to replace 911 and anybody with a brain already knows that.

Hi Tony,
I am the creator of this site an want to make sure that it is not implied in anyway that we are a direct line to 911.
It sounded as if this was an emergency and I had concern for the children they were talking about.
We absolutely want the posts about heating complaints on here and we want to help but we could do more harm than good if we start becoming the place to report hypothermia.
I'm sorry if you misread my statement.
