Virtually every night from 10pm-12mid, the neighborhood is subjected to the loud, incessant barking of the dog at this property.

Have complained to Animal Control, who say they've been out to the house numerous times, but the family living here doesn't even come to the door when they visit!

The noise ordinance for the town isn't clear to me, but if it doesn't cover domestic dogs barking late at night, it is highly flawed.

Can someone from the Selectman's office and/or police please help us in the neighborhood who just want to get some sleep and maintain our "health, safety, welfare, and quality of life" (per the noise ordinance)?
