One Way signage -
Ever since Elton was made a two-way off of Jefferson (as far as the alleyway) in order to appease the bar at the corner of Jefferson and Elton - it seems that the bar customers (and others) think that Knox (and other streets) is also a two-way street!
If one-way signs were installed on each of the alley sides that cross the streets (specifically Knox, Ridge and Union) this might stop some of the traffic.
Late night bar traffic rarely looks for cars or pedestrians when they are in a hurry to leave, or cause the traffic going the correct direction to swerve or have to wait for them!
