Opis

HSV Zoning Ordinance does NOT authorize a TRAILER in RESIDENTIAL R2 Zoning. The lots were purchased for $180K by Carl Ceay for Brasfiled Gorie operating in concert with the Mayor, and The HSV City Council. Carl Ceay is a part of 3T LLC and potentially 5 Points LLC. The property tax records specifically state 214 consists of empty residential lots. There was never a construction site before the trailer was was authorized in VIOLATION of of code. Travis Cummings does not get to make up the rules as he goes. DERELICTION of DUTY by Mayor, City Council, Planning Department, and Zoning Board.
