The middle wire on the upper three wires on the railroad is wobbling extremely bad, as if a strap holding the wire might have gotten damaged? Does someone have the correct contact # or who I should call to report this because a still picture doesn't show the problem and I can't upload a small video? Thank you for your time...

Thank you for reporting this matter to the City of Bridgeport. Please know that the information was emailed to the city's Public Facilities Department for the matter of the almost loose overhead wire to be reported to Metro North. They maintain and service wires associated with the railroad tracks
