Description
Who designed these crosswalks? So many of them are flooded with filthy water when there's any rain and some are constantly flooded. Is the city ever going to fix all the trip hazards, road work signs covering sidewalks, and all the other sidewalk issues? Very difficult to walk anywhere. I can't imagine how difficult it would be for people who have mobility issues.
