someone put up an "industrial light panel "on side of building above side door. light is not facing downward, it is facing outward ! light is blinding it is directly In your eyes.i understand they want to light up area where they park.but they mounted an industrial parking lot light panel flush on the building ! pointed at their neighbor's house & yards.not only will that light attract bugs, it is so bright in your face that you can't go in your yard after dark because the light is directed at your face.it has been up a few week's please help as soon as possible.when they mounted it, they knew they were pointing it right at their neighbor's houses.no one would want a light that bright pointed at their house & yard.it's like having a bright spotlight pointed at your eyes when your outside in your yard.
