Hello again. Sorry to bring up another issue, but this is a problem that was fixed when once before when 5th ave. was repaved a few years ago. The water ponds in front of the whole length of our property and the next two houses south of us.The maple in the photo, from what I was told by the city in the past
is what is causing the trouble. This happens with even a small amount
Of rain .We would appreciate it if someone from the city could come out and have a look. Thank you, John Wickson

Site observation during rain on June 26th did not show any problems. This issue was referred to our Street Mainteance Department for follow up during next rain storm.
