The one way sign for Clark St was taken down by the car that crashed into Christopher Martins Restaurant (the best restaurant in New Haven!). The mounting post is still there and sticking up at ankle breaker height. It is covered with a traffic cone now, but needs to be remedied, and the one way sign needs to go back up too.
