This stretch of Grant is a lost cause...while the home has been updated a little the past year or so, the frontage road in general is in very poor condition and has increasing crime rates...hopefully when this stretch of Grant is widened, more investment will be made to decrease blight and increase property values, but more than likely this is just a pipe dream and the widening project doesn't even begin for this stretch until 2021 anyhow.
