Description
There are limited places for bicycles to park in front of Tir Na Nog, Bida Monda, and the Pour House. The new art rack in Moore Square is not very user friendly and far enough away that people won't find it if they are visiting this corridor.

While I agree that businesses should play a role, keep in mind that the city currently manages/provides 10,013 parking spaces in and around downtown Raleigh. The parking fees rarely come close to covering the massive cost to build them. These racks are a low cost, low maintenance ways to facilitate more bike/ped customers for businesses.
