    A Vallejo City crew was recently in this area attempting to weld the gates on the east and west sides of the right of way shut. Alas, these were fragile tack welds that were defeated instantly.

    If these two gates would be permanently locked with heavy duty chain, it would make a HUGE difference in this neighborhood blight.

    I'm tempted to do it myself.
