Picture taken today. This corner is unsafe and has poor visibility for only a 2 way stop. This corner should be a 4 way stop. The city's continued negligence and awareness on this issues will undoubtedly lead to a lawsuit and someone getting hurt. Address this immediately by making it a 4 way stop.

People are have continued to reside and sleep on this parcel for well over a week. They are sourcing electricity from somewhere. Idling cars and music playing outside at all hours. Furniture outside. You might have spoken to the land owner but it's not working. This is clearly a living situation again.

The tent has recently been set up next to a walking path.

The drainage along the west side of Springridge is still insufficient for the rain we regularly receive
We now have dirt and rocks which have been washed up into the road as the water drained across to the east side of the road

Adding another complaint to the several already submitted regarding the large, dangerous and hideous sawmill that has taken up residence in our neighborhood Why has COBI remained silent on this issue for over a year? I see the owner of the sawmill is the ex-husband of a former City Council member Has the city given a wink and a nod to this person through some back door deal? Do us all the courtesy of acknowledging our complaints and tell us why this business is allowed to continue instead of the radio silence we've been subjected to

Two adults are back to residing in a shed, a vehicle, and an older model RV on this parcel that has no connected utilities, most significantly no running water or sewage infrastructure.

The law states that recreational vehicles are prohibited as dwelling units in Kitsap County except in approved parks.

Ongoing situation comes with a 100lb+ dog at large who is freely roaming adjacent properties and defecating without prejudice, not unlike its owner.

This is a blatant public health and safety risk as well as a nuisance to adjacent properties.

The storm drain is broken and clearly eroding the shoreline. It is located at the Southeast corner of the fenced area across the street from 7011 NE Eagle Harbor Drive.

Cars are speeding on Tolo Road every hour of every day. The road has no sidewalks and the 4-5 hills are treacherous for anyone walking them with cars coming over the peaks at sometimes SIXTY miles an hour. For some reason, the road stayed at 30 MPH in the recent changes and there are only 2 speed signs - one at each end.

There have been a number of serious accidents along Tolo including one fatality over the years.

Please come and take a look and come up with a plan to slow drivers down and make it safer for people to walk between houses and to Battle Point Park and the Grand Forest Trail.

Lovell Street gets flooded when it rains and afterwards. The water runs into my yard and floods my crawlspace. The water should go into the ditch but goes into road instead. When cold, the street freezes and cars can't stop on the ice. PLEASE fix this problem.
