we live on Stephen Ct. Vallejo,ca. The problem is their is no sign on our corner stating that you cannot access the highway from the court, Many drivers come into the court thinking they can get through to get to 29,once they realize they can't they take out of the court pretty fast. We have kids and seniors that live in this court.Thank you
