I want to make sure this picture was the one viewed for the alley/street damage. The other one I posted was not really reflective of the true nature of the problem. Thank you for your help with this.

Has anyone even looked at this? The damage is astounding!!! It is literally caving in this neighbor's backyard and technically this alley IS a city street that is being overlooked (from what my neighbors tell me). A comment at least is warranted on what is being done/not done and the justification for it. I see that someone has been assigned to the problem it has been over 3 months and there is no comment yet...
