Appears that black water holding tank was emptied into the street and there was an attempt to hose down. Horrible smell in the area.

Thanks for reporting! The Police Department, Community Services Section spoke with the homeowner at this location - according to them the trailer belongs to friends from out of the area visiting, however they left it there while they went to Yosemite until Sunday. They have been told it must not be there on Monday, November 17th and that no one can live in it.
